Mobile Mini Movers
Is your child enrolled as a student at the Village Children’s Academy in Hinsdale? Artistic Pursuit is bringing Movement Enrichment to YOU.
Making movement and dance fun by sparking their brains with exciting music to help build motor skills, coordination, balance, structure, memorization and confidence.
Students participate in 30 Minute sessions.
*Mobile Mini Movers will be Back with 12-Week Sessions in the Fall of 2023.
Sessions Are Wednesdays for 12 Weeks:
Fall Session 2023:
Free Trial Classes: August 23rd
First Class: August 30th
Last Class: November 15th
Performance at Artistic Pursuit: Saturday, November 18th
Winter Session 2024:
First Class: February 7th
(No Class On March 27th)
Last Class: May 1st
Performance at Artistic Pursuit: Saturday, May 11th
Mini Spring Session 2024:
*This 6 week mini-session puts your mini-mover into the Artistic Pursuit Recital. Their chance to perform on a big stage. This session is a flat fee of $100 and will require a costume fee. All classes during this session are mandatory, including the tech rehearsal at the theatre.
Class Dates: May 8th, May 15th, May 22nd, May 29th, June 5th
Artistic Pursuit Run-Through: Monday, June 10th
Tech Rehearsal: Friday, June 14th at Nazareth High School
Recital: Saturday, June 15th at 10am at Nazareth High School
Registration: Must be enrolled by March 1st, 2024.
Costume Fee: $85
Additional: More information on shoes, tights, etc will be emailed to these families.

In Studio and On Stage Performances
Each session ends with an in-studio performance!
Our end of the year mini session puts your Mini Mover right on a professional stage!
Policies for VCA Program:
*Classes are 30 minutes and offered on Wednesdays at the Village Children’s Academy in Hinsdale. Each week we will focus on a new style of dance. Classes are meant for all genders, levels and abilities.
*Payment is up-front for 12 weeks. No refunds for dropped or missed classes.
*Class rate will be pro-rated for late joins.
*Must have 5 participants in order to begin program.
*Due to DCFS class restrictions, class may be divided by age group and offered at varying times.
*No registration fee for Mobile Mini Movers. Participants will receive a FREE Artistic Pursuit Dance Bag.
*Spectator Limits may be put in place for the culminating performance.
*Inability to participate in the culminating performance needs to be communicated to ashleyp@artisticpursuit.me 4 weeks prior to last class.
*In the event of instructor illness or inclement weather, you will receive an email notification from Artistic Pursuit and a make-up class will be offered.
*Any family who participates in Mobile Mini Movers and joins additional classes at Artistic Pursuit will be offered 10% off their first session’s tuition.
