Tuition Policies for Season 3 (2023-2024):

Billing:

*Sessions are 4 weeks in length for billing purposes. Tuition is due the 4th week of the current session for the upcoming session. This will be auto drafted via debit/credit card for those on a recurring plan on the Wednesday of the 4th week of the current session.

*Those who are not on a non-recurring payment plan will receive a statement, in the third week of the current session for the upcoming session. Bills must be paid the following week.

*All families MUST have a valid credit card on file.

*Late fees of $25 will be added on the second week of the session for all unpaid balances.

*$30 fee for any returned checks.

*We offer a 5% discount off of tuition that is paid in full for the year.

*We offer a 10% family discount on each session for those who have 3+ registered dancers from your household.

*We offer a 10% discount off one session, when you refer a new student and they pay for a session.

*Tuition will be pro-rated for late enrollment, NOT for missed classes of a session.

NOTE: A 3.5% Surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions, including tuition.

Refund Policy for 2023-2024:

*Notice must be given 7 days prior to the start of a new session if a class is being dropped, in order to not be billed for the class.

*Once a session has started, there are no refunds for any missed or discontinued classes- studio credit only.

*Pre-paid tuition will be offered studio credit only.

*Registration fees are non refundable.

Make-Up Classes:

*In the event your dancer misses a class, they are encouraged to make it up in any other class that is of a similar style and age group. Make-up classes MUST be cleared by the office/teacher and MUST be scheduled to insure availability in the class. Missed classes must be made up with-in 30 days of the absence.

*Holiday Make-Up Classes will be emailed out before those events take place.

*Weather related and teacher related class cancelations will receive emails and make-up class options.

POSSIBLE QUARANTINE:

*In the event of another quarantine situation, the studio will move to classes via Zoom. There are NO REFUNDS for classes that take place on Zoom. If possible, the studio will make up classes if it does not exceed a one-week closure.

Holidays:

*The studio is closed one week for Thanksgiving, two weeks for Holiday Break and one week for Spring Break. These breaks have been eliminated from tuition and you are not billed for this time. The studio will be closed on Labor Day, Halloween and Memorial Day. Please see the Make-Up Class policy above on how to schedule make-ups for those paid classes.

Inclement Weather/Studio Closures:

*In the event of a closure, you will be notified via email from the studio. Closures will also be posted on our Instagram: @artistic_pursuit and FaceBook Pages. Please see the Make-Up Class policy above on how to schedule make-ups for these missed classes. NO Refunds will be given.
